Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Cleanium System is operated by Cleanium System LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Cleanium System and related services provided by Cleanium System LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to customers using Cleanium System for business purposes.
2. About the Service
Cleanium System is visibility analytics software for U.S. cleaning businesses.
The service is designed to organize supported digital visibility and performance information into analytical outputs such as:
- historical metrics
- trends
- BI dashboards
- reports
- relevant comparisons and benchmarks where supported
- business insights based on available analytics
Specific features, metrics, data sources, and analytical capabilities may vary over time.
We do not guarantee that every feature, metric, source, or comparison will always be available.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- activities performed through your account
- keeping account and business information reasonably current
- notifying Support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
You may not create or use an account for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Business Information and Onboarding
New customers may be required to provide information about their cleaning business as part of onboarding.
This may include information such as:
- company name
- service location
- contact information
- business website where applicable
- supported visibility or business profile information
- other information required by the current onboarding flow
Submitting onboarding information does not guarantee approval, payment eligibility, or paid access.
5. Payment Eligibility
Payment may not be available immediately after account creation.
The current service may use an account review and eligibility process before Checkout becomes available.
Creating an account does not guarantee that you will be approved to purchase paid access.
Payment availability may depend on factors such as:
- current service availability
- account review status
- business location
- current eligibility rules
- other product requirements applicable at the time
If payment is unavailable, the service may display an applicable status such as:
- Location waiting
- Under review
- Payment unavailable
We may change availability or eligibility rules as the service develops.
6. Plans and Pricing
Current public pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
For the verification-launch service:
- Observe — $120/month — Active
- Core — $250/month — Coming Soon
- Enhance — $650/month — Coming Soon
Core and Enhance are not currently available for purchase.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We may change future plan pricing, features, or availability.
Any change to future pricing does not retroactively change the terms of a purchase that has already been completed.
7. FIRST Observe Purchase
The first Observe purchase is not a recurring subscription.
The first purchase is:
$120 USD one-time
and provides:
30 days of Observe paid access
The first Observe purchase:
- is charged only once
- provides 30 days of paid access
- does not renew automatically
- does not create a recurring subscription
You do not need to cancel the first Observe purchase to prevent another charge.
At the end of the initial paid-access period, available purchase or subscription options may be presented through your account.
8. Future Recurring Subscriptions
Recurring monthly subscriptions are separate from the FIRST Observe purchase.
If a recurring subscription option becomes available and you choose to subscribe, the applicable recurring billing terms will be shown before purchase.
A recurring subscription may:
- renew automatically according to the billing terms shown before purchase
- continue until canceled according to the applicable cancellation process
- provide paid access through the applicable billing period
You are responsible for reviewing the recurring billing terms before starting a subscription.
9. Paid Access
Paid access is provided according to the entitlement associated with your account.
For the FIRST Observe purchase, the paid-access period is 30 days after successful payment and activation according to the current entitlement rules.
Paid access may depend on:
- successful payment
- valid entitlement status
- account status
- applicable billing state
A failed, incomplete, unpaid, or otherwise unsuccessful payment does not create paid access.
Where applicable, an active paid period may continue through its scheduled end even after future renewal has been canceled.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
In summary:
- payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has been successfully activated
- reasonable exceptions may apply to confirmed billing or service-delivery issues
- the FIRST Observe purchase does not renew automatically
- future recurring subscriptions may be canceled to stop future renewal
- cancellation of an already paid recurring billing period does not normally create a prorated refund
If there is any inconsistency between this summary and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the more specific Refund & Cancellation Policy should control for refund and cancellation matters.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be unavailable or limited because of:
- maintenance
- software updates
- infrastructure problems
- third-party service failures
- network problems
- security events
- technical errors
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
We do not promise:
- a fixed uptime percentage
- a formal service-level agreement
- uninterrupted access
- automatic refunds for temporary service interruptions
If a verified material service interruption significantly affects paid access, we may extend the paid-access period by a reasonable amount based on the duration and impact of the interruption.
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for more information.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cleanium System to:

These providers may support functions such as:
- payment processing

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or discontinued functionality caused by third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
Cleanium System, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, analytical models, reports, documentation, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms provide you with a limited right to access and use the service for your business purposes while your account is authorized to use it.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software or other Company intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide information that you submit or connect to the service.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service does not guarantee:

- profitability
- advertising performance

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- violation of these Terms
- fraudulent or abusive activity
- security risk
- unauthorized access
- unpaid or invalid billing status where paid access is required
- legal or regulatory requirements
- misuse of the service
- other material violations of applicable product rules
Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Suspension or termination does not automatically create a refund unless a refund is required under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time.
For recurring subscriptions, stopping use of the service is not necessarily the same as canceling future billing.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
- all data will always be complete or available
- every supported third-party source will remain available
- analytics will predict future results
- the service will produce a specific business outcome
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the service.
This may include, where legally permitted:
- lost profits

21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from:

Material changes affecting future purchases will be presented through the applicable product or billing experience.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, billing model, legal requirements, or business operations change.
The current version will be published with an updated effective date.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Cleanium System will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
You and the Company agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for such disputes.
